If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the product within 90 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges and assist you in ordering a product that will meet your needs.
Please note, custom closet orders and Lighting Products items are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges to return the items to Better Living. Custom-cut closets and Hung Lighting items are non-returnable/non-refundable. In addition, hazardous materials are also non-returnable/non-refundable.
